Bus-Stop Angel

The day was bright,
Angels walked, without fright.
Dodging the traffic, I crossed the road,
Mind set on happy and gay mode.

Eyeing the God’s finer creations,
I admired each without discrimination.
Until eyes fell on this pretty venusian,
Dressed in ink, she was a true addiction.

Ogling I moved towards the stop,
Read the white words written on her top,
“No Staring”, written in bold,
Small words, “but keep watching” were in gold.

I watched every part and move of her,
Beauties like her, are literally rare.
Dark black hair, flowing till waist,
Chocolate lips, I wished so much to taste.

Smiling face, emitting rays as glows of days,
Perfect smile, attracting me in all ways.
Black eyes, dark as nights,
I wanted all her property rights.

I was still deciding on the pick-up line,
A flirt like me was also taking time.
What made me nervous?
Her charm or beauty, I was suspicious.

Just as I decided on a simple “hi”,
She turned to her friends and said “Goodbye”
Then came the big green D.T.C. Demon,
And I kept watching as it carried away the bus-stop angel.
