Wars - A Perspective!

Fight and fright I see,
Men dueling on land, air and sea.
Wars are the ailment of humankind,
To be fought, without sane reasons behind.

Even before men learned to eat,
They mastered the art to kill, fight and cheat.
History speaks high of men who were brave,
Killed many, before going to grave.

Present is as dark as the past,
W.M.D.s created and stocked fast.
Men are still learning the art of construction,
Then why are they making the weapons of mass destruction???

God said :- “human mind is evil.”
I ask if so, why not worship the devil???
God didn’t set peace on earth,
Religious wars, Jihad and crusades!!! Are they worth???

God made the world, the universe,
Religion divided it, into zones as a curse.
Then men made territory,
Fighting for which was obligatory.

Countries formed, reformed, named and renamed,
But fight for the same remained.
Men is just another social animal,
& wars are the impact of this social sentinel.

Wars give out only one message, that’s hatred,
Why fight, when there’s so much love to be spread???
Bullets and Missiles don’t care of innocence,
So why pull the trigger??? Isn’t it a nuisance!!!

WIN and LOOSE...........

Stop the chandeliers,
Ban the jesters.
Stop the trumpets,
Ban the drummers.

Life is not a laugh,
You need to analyze the graph.
Pain and sorrow are on high,
I have every reason to sigh.

For as you know love is blind,
There’s no use of mind.
Even the smartasses go down this track,
Loose everything in one heart-crack.

If I fall, there’s no big deal,
Everyone goes through it, but many conceal.
Few have the guts to say it loud,
Of which only lucky few, get the love bowed.

I wasn’t that lucky, buddy,
I love her, she loves somebody.
Despaired, I signed an unread, unsaid deal,
As painful as coffin seal.

Now, I help her with her love letters,
She never asked me to, but does it maters.
Pain I feel deep somewhere,
But her chuckle instantly heals with care.

Those who laugh at me,
Don’t know, what its like in love to be.
Yes I help her, for I must,
As I want her to win, even if I lost.
